Hamilton’s two COVID-19 assessment centres opened Monday.

The city’s Medical Officer of Health says most people they’ve seen are feeling well, but are understandably worried.

Two urgent care centres have allocated space for Coronavirus testing.

One in the east end, and one in the west.

Testing at the West End clinic began just over an hour ago.

As of right now they are running assessments Monday to Friday from 5 pm to 8 pm, and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
