Hamilton could host Commonwealth Games as soon as 2026

A local group, Hamilton 100, that has been working to bring the 2030 Games to the city says they have been asked by the International Commonwealth Games Federation to host the games 4 years earlier than planned.

They see it as an opportunity to help bring the city out of a tough economic situation they know is coming after the pandemic.
