Hamilton cop charged, suspended

A 26 year member of Hamilton Police service has been arrested after an off-duty domestic incident. It happened in Cayuga on Tuesday.

The officer, who hasn’t been named, has been charged with two counts of assault and two counts of mischief under $5,000, and has been re-assigned to administrative duties.
