Hamilton cop charged with fraud

A Hamilton police officer with over 15 years service has been arrested for fraud.

43 year-old Jason Howard has been suspended from duty, with pay. He was arrested last week for fraud under $5,000 in relation to fraudulent submissions of benefit claims.

Howard will be back in court May 20th.
