Hamilton City Centre sold

The Hamilton City Centre has been sold.

The property once known as the Hamilton Eaton Centre has been purchased by Partners Real Estate Investment Trust.

As part of the $109 million deal the company also acquired properties in London, North Bay and Kemptville, in eastern Ontario.

The centre beside Lloyd D Jackson Square houses stores, financial institutions and city offices.
