Hamilton Burlington SPCA comes to rescue of Norfolk County

Residents of Norfolk County are rallying to help collect donations for the Hamilton Burlington SPCA after it helped rescue almost 150 dogs from despicable conditions in Waterford last week.

As Kate Carnegie reports, people in the area say animals in Norfolk County are at risk without the presence of the SPCA.
