It was a losing night for the Hamilton Bulldogs as they matched up against the Ottawa 67’s, Friday.

The loss brings the Bulldogs winless streak to four in a row after a 5-4 loss in Ottawa.

The 67’s led the first period with a one-shot lead until the Bulldogs scored two goals early in the second to take a 3-2 lead, however it was short-lived.

Ottawa scored another two goals to re-capture the lead.

Hamilton tried hard scoring in the third period to bring the goal count to 5-4 but just couldn’t get the equalizer.

The win by the 67’s was their first on home ice.

The Bulldogs are back in action, Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. They take on the Frontenacs at the Rogers K Rock Centre in Kingston.
