Hamilton boy, 15, beaten with baseball bat and robbed

Hamilton police are investigating after a 15-year-old Hamilton boy was beaten and robbed on the Hamilton Mountain.

Police say on November 27, a boy was walking in the area of Rymal Road East and Fletcher Road when two men in a vehicle pulled up beside him.

The men got out of the car and beat the boy repeatedly with a baseball bat. The suspects stole his backpack and fled in their car.

The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The first suspect is described as male, white, 5’6″ with a thin build.

The second suspect is described as male, white and 5’8″.

Police are asking any potential witnesses to contact them.
