Passenger traffic at Hamilton’s airport jumped 80 per cent last year.

Projects included adding a covered walkway, roadwork and a renovating the duty-free.

Officials say they are expecting traffic to continue to grow in 2018.

There was also a 13 per cent increase in cargo volume from 2016 to 2017.
