Halton police seek missing Burlington teen last seen in Toronto

Halton police are looking for a 14-year-old boy from Burlington who was last seen Wednesday night at Union Station in Toronto.

Officers say Joshua Milligan was last seen on foot at around 10 p.m., two days after he left his Burlington home.

Investigators describe Milligan as a five-foot-five tall white teenager with a thin build and shaggy, medium-length dirty blonde hair.

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black track pants and white Nike running shoes.

Milligan may also be carrying a black cross-body satchel.
