Halton police are thanking the public for their assistance in locating a 45-year-old man.

Maurice Gutierrez, 45, was last seen in the area of Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Hospital Gate.

Shortly after 9 a.m. Wednesday, police issued a news release stating Gutierrez was located in good health.
