Halton police say young driver gets 7 tickets for illegal car alteration

Halton police say they gave seven tickets to a driver in Burlington accused of making illegal modifications to their vehicle.
Officers responded to reports of a noise complaint at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday in the area of Brant Street and Plains Road.

Halton police said on X that the young driver was on the way back from an out-of-town car meet.
They also said the vehicle had “so many modifications,” such as an improper muffler, an illegal window tint and a defective horn.
So many modifications that I couldn’t use a picture of the actual vehicle. Improper muffler, unnecessary noise, illegal window tint, rear view obstructed, windshield obstructed, plate obstructed, defective horn.
