Halton police looking for missing Oakville man

Halton police are asking the public for help in finding a missing man from Oakville.

49-year-old James Cottle was last seen around 1:30 p.m. on July 7. He was walking in the area of Kerr St. and Stewart St. in Oakville.

Cottle is described as white man with short brown hair and a beard. He stands around 5’10” tall, weighing 200 lbs.

He was wearing a great t-shirt, beige shorts, and black shoes with no socks.

James Cottle (49) of Oakville was last seen on foot at approximately 1:30 pm on July 7, 2022, in the area of Kerr Street and Stewart Street in Oakville.

James is vulnerable and police and his family are concerned for his well-being.

Police ask residents in the area to pay special attention and contact police if they see anyone matching his description.
