Halton Regional Police Service is trying to identify a suspect in a voyeurism investigation in Halton Hills.

Police say a man was seen walking in the Winners Homesense store on Guelph St. in Georgetown around 3 p.m. on June 26.

They say the man was holding a cell phone and periodically stopped near female shoppers to take photos up their skirts or dresses.

A similar incident happened at the same store on July 13 between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m.

Investigators believe the same person is involved in both incidents.

The suspect is described as being five-foot-eight to six-feet tall, in his early to mid-twenties, with a small or slight build. He has short brown hair and was wearing a light coloured shirt on both occasions.

During the first incident, police say the man was wearing light coloured baggy shorts with large pockets. In the second, he was wearing dark pants or shorts, a hat, and a black backpack over both shoulders.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Cst. Sarah McCullagh at 905-825-4747, ext. 2419.
