Halton police arrest 4 men for break and enter at Hydro One lot

Four Toronto men have been arrested and another man is still being sought by Halton police after a Hydro One lot was broken into in Milton.

Police say five men gained access to the lot just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and attempted to steal copper wire.

A security officer spotted the group on a surveillance camera and contact police.

Officers arrived on scene and, with the help of the K9 Unit, were able to track down four of the thieves.

Lajos Batyi, 41, Norbert Lakatos, 36, Laszlo Balog, 38, and Norbert Kiss, 35, have all been charged with break and enter.

The fifth suspect is still outstanding.
