Halton officials are optimistic area residents will be fully vaccinated by the end of summer 

A second dose rollout has public officials optimistic about getting most people vaccinated by the end of the summer. Hamilton, Halton and Niagara are roughly two-thirds the way with adults inoculated already with eligibility expanding in the coming days. Jason Gaidola reports.
