Haldimand and Norfolk’s mayors protest being left out of Stage 2 with a haircut

Niagara isn’t the only region feeling left out of stage 2 by the province.

The mayors in Haldimand and Norfolk are outraged that many of the businesses in their communities can’t reopen.

They held a unique protest this afternoon which seemed to only upset the premier.
