Guelph, Toronto drivers troubled by brake line cuts

Police in Toronto and Guelph are warning drivers to take a good look around their cars, after someone’s deliberately cut brake lines in several cars in both cities this week.

So far no one has been hurt — but as Lisa Hepfner reports — police are worried about potential consequences.
