Grimsby man, 31, arrested for child pornography

A 31-year-old Grimsby man is facing a number of charges in connection with a child pornography investigation.

Niagara Regional Police began their joint investigation in October with the FBI in Seattle concerning the sexual exploitation of children on the internet.

Investigators arrested and charged Jason Robert King Tuesday morning. The offences include unlawfully make child pornography available, two counts of unlawfully possess child pornography, and two counts of fail to comply with probation order.

King has been held in custody awaiting a bail hearing that is scheduled to happen on Nov. 1 at a St. Catharines courthouse.
