Grimsby backhoe accident

There was another industrial accident Tuesday afternoon in Grimsby. A backhoe operator was checked out by medical personnel and released on-site with minor injuries after the backhoe he was in tipped over on an embankment. The machine slid down about five feet. It happened at a townhouse construction site at Kerman and Livingston. The Ministry of Labour has been called to investigate.
