Goderich damage claims

There is good news for people affected by this summer’s tornado in Goderich.

The area’s disaster relief committee is moving the deadline to file claims for damage back by several weeks.

Claims will now be accepted until November 25th.

Officials say an open house was held last week and a common complaint was that people were having problems getting all the information they needed to submit a claim in time.

The tornado killed one man and injured thirty-seven others.
