GO warning of potential strike disruption

GO Transit is providing more details about possible service disruptions if there’s a strike next week.

Contract negotiations continue, but if members of the Amalgamated Transit Union walk off the job there will be no GO bus service at all. GO trains will continue to run, except for the weekend service to Niagara and Barrie.

Right now GO is only suggesting commuters think about alternative transportation. About 2,000 workers are covered by the contract that’s expiring.
