Georgetown woman dies after crash

A Georgetown woman who was struck by a vehicle on Monday has died.

89 year old Patricia McCarthy died from her injuries last night at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto.
She was crossing Guelph Street at Sinclair Avenue on Monday when she was hit by a Ford Focus.

Halton police are still investigating the crash, and have not commented on any charges.
