Georgetown robbery

Halton Regional Police are searching for a suspect believed to be involved in a robbery in Georgetown.

It happened at a mobile phone store located on Guelph Street.

Police say the man entered the store with a firearm and demanded an employee turn over numerous cell phones.

A white panel van was also seen in the area at the time.

Police are looking for the driver, as they may be a potential witness.

No one was injured in the robbery.
