Gearing up for the Canadian Open

Thousands of fans gathered in Oakville at Glen Abbey golf course today, getting a glimpse of some of the world’s best golfers gearing up for the Canadian Open.
“It’s been 20 years since we’ve have world’s number one and number two so having Jason Day and Dustin Johnson going head to head, the connection to Dustin and the Gretzky family is great, we’re excited.” Brent McLaughlin, Director Canadian Open.
There will be a few closures due to the tournament. The northbound lanes of Dorval Drive from North Service road to Old Abbey lane will be closed Saturday and Sunday evening. Players tee off for the first round Thursday morning.
