Gavin Newsom and Ron DeSantis participate in Fox News debate

An unusual debate last night saw Florida governor Ron DeSantis face off against California governor Gavin Newsom.

It was unusual because while DeSantis is running for the Republican Presidential Candidacy, Newsom isn’t running for anything.

The whole thing was a made-for-TV event hosted by Fox News personality Sean Hannity.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, it quickly devolved from a “debate” to the two men just hurling insults at each other.
