Gas prices to rise by 12 cents in Hamilton, Halton, Niagara: analyst

Drivers can expect to be shocked when they fill up at the pumps on Saturday.
The president of Canadians for Affordable Energy said in a tweet Friday that gas prices will rise 12 cents per litre Saturday to 185.9 cents per litre.

Dan McTeague said prices will increase in Barrie, Hamilton, Kitchener, London, Niagara, Ottawa, Windsor and Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
The website also predicts diesel prices will increase by eight cents on Saturday to 201.9 cents per litre.
According to GasWizard.ca, the highest price hike will be seen in Vancouver as it will rise five cents per litre to 204.9 cents per litre.
