Gas prices to drop by 12 cents in most of Ontario Thursday

Drivers filling up at the pumps in the Golden Horseshoe area can expect some relief tomorrow.

Dan McTeague, president of Canadians for Affordable Energy, says the price of gas will drop 12 cents to 179.9 per litre in most of Ontario, including Hamilton, Kitchener, London, Barrie, Toronto and the GTA.

Gas prices in Ontario fell 11 cents per litre last Friday following the provincial gas tax cut.
