Gas leak empties factory

Six people are ill with suspected carbon monoxide poisoning at a factory in Puslinch township. One person has potentially life threatening symptoms, according to the EMS chief.

Crews were called to Con Cast Pipe on Brock Rd at 7:30 this morning after a piece of equipment malfunctioned.

The factory has been evacuated.
