Gage Ave. stunt driving

On May 10, just before 3am, a Hamilton Police officer spotted a vehicle going over the speed limit in the area of Gage Ave. N and Burlington St. E.

The officer pulled behind the car to conduct a traffic stop and confirmed that the car was travelling 100 km/hr in a 50 zone.

A 30 year old Hamilton man has been charged with stunt driving. His licence was seized and his car has been impounded for 7 days.

The man is expected to appear in court.
