If you’re looking for a way to cool down while staying active this summer, Binbrook Conservation Area welcomed a new attraction, a floating water playground.

The giant water wonderland is now open to people ages six and up. It’s called the Funsplash Sports Park.

It’s a water playground where you can slide, bounce, and jump into the waters of Lake Niapenco.

The playground is 170 feet by 140 feet, and the tallest obstacle, the ice tower, is 14 feet high.

There are monkey bars, balance beams, and several other obstacles.

It’s built by Wibit, a company that makes inflatable water sports equipment.

The owners, Patrick and Theresa Jackson decided to run this attraction after visiting a similar one on vacation in British Columbia.

The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority wants to bring cottage life closer to home.

A two hour pass is $18 and a full day pass is $25.
