Frozen falls

All the publicity over Niagara Falls being “frozen” is turning into cold, hard cash for the tourist industry and it’s led to a spike in the number of visitors who want to see this frozen phenomenon in person.

The frenzy over the so called “frozen falls” began in mid Feburary when the USA networks were talking about a freeze phenomenon that had never been seen at Niagara Falls before.

However the waterfall never freezes, what it is doing though is building an ice bridge so thick this year it won’t break up until well into spring.
