French Catholic school board to sue Ontario government

The French Catholic school board for South Central Ontario is preparing to sue the Ontario government.

They say the ministry of education has trampled constitutional guarantees for equal treatment of minority language rights.

They say the same laws that protect English schools in Quebec are being ignored here in Ontario. As Scot Urquhart reports, a Hamilton high school is at the centre of their argument.
