OPP laid 138 charges against a 22 year old Haldimand man Monday after the owner of the New Credit Variety and Gas Bar near Hagersville reported that an employee was skimming credit cards.

Police say 41 people were defrauded of over 10-thousand dollars last December.

Christopher Hartnett is to appear in a Cayuga court at a later date.
