Halton Police say they’ve made the fourth and final arrest in the murder of a teen in Milton this summer.

Ezekiel Agyemang, 16, was found shot to death in the area of Guelph Line and No. 10 Side Rd. in Milton on June 30.

Police made two arrests in connection to Agyemang’s murder on Sept. 9.

Arrest warrants were issued for two other men.

One of them, Stanley Frempong, 20, was arrested in Toronto on Sept. 23.

He’s been charged with kidnapping with a firearm.

Ahmed Ismail, 24, was arrested in Vancouver on Tuesday Oct. 6.

He’s facing charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping.

Police say there are no other wanted parties.

“While we recognize that their lives have been forever changed, we hope this final arrest brings some small degree of closure for Ezekiel’s family and friends,” said Halton Police in a news release.
