Four injured in QEW crash

Two people are in critical condition and two others injured after a crash on the Toronto-bound lanes of the QEW in east Hamilton.

The three-car accident happened around 5:30 this morning just past Centennial Parkway.

Two adults, including a 70-year old Grimsby man, suffered serious head injuries and were taken to a trauma centre in critical condition. Two others were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The crash site has been cleared up and all lanes of the QEW Toronto-bound have now reopened.
