Charges against Thao and Keung are related to not stopping Chauvin from using unreasonable force.
All four men are facing federal charges for failing to render medical aid to Floyd.
The judge released the three on $25,000 unsecured bonds. They are still facing state charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and manslaughter.
