Foul play suspected in Ozollapa disappearance

Halton police believe a Burlington man missing for nearly three months may be the victim of foul play.

Janis Ozollapa, 50 left a contracting job on Weeping Willow Dr in Oakville September 30th, and hasn’t been seen since. Six investigators have been assigned to the case full-time.

Ozollapa’s truck was found in an Oakville parking lot October 10th. Security video shows the pick-up truck entering the parking lot at 5:30 am. An unidentified man is then seen jogging from the truck.

Police are appealing for three witnesses — the drivers of a taxicab, motorcycle and pickup truck, whose vehicles were all seen on the security tape driving on Cross Ave.
