The second-degree murder trial of Justin Dumpfrey continues with jury members being shown graphic autopsy photos of 29-year-old Holly Hamilton. Stabbed 17 times, and covered in bruises the young woman’s loved ones left the court before a forensic pathologist explained every injury found on her body. A caution, the details are disturbing.
