The federal government is asking for help finding 32 people convicted of serious crimes who are wanted on Canada-wide immigration warrants.

Public Safety Minister Vic Toews says all the people on the list face deportation.

He says these 32 people who have failed to comply with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and have criminal convictions in Canada including murder sexual assault and drug trafficking.

Last month, the government released a list of 30 suspected war criminals it said had entered the country illegally, and they are releasing these new names because of the success of that program.

The Canada Border Services Agency has arrested 6 people since the original list was released last month.

The new list can be found on the CBSA website: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/menu-eng.html
