(Update)

Toronto’s police Chief has confirmed police have obtained video that appears to show Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine. The stunning revelation came earlier on Thursday after police released hundreds of pages of documents and photos in connection to an investigation of what the Chief describes as “criminal activity” and Rob Ford’s name and image comes up a lot. It’s been a long day and it began at Mayor Ford’s home Thursday morning when he was met by a crowd of reporters and camera crews. Things got heated very quickly.

“Get off my driveway….can you get off my driveway please, can you get off my driveway please?!.”

You can hear the mayor repeatedly ask people to leave his property; physically pushing cameramen out of the way at times. But reporters continued to ask him about the alleged crack cocaine video. This was before Toronto police revealed they have a video depicting Ford.

But there have been several new developments since then and we have team coverage for you starting with Scot Urquhart at Toronto City Hall with this report.
