Ford speaks to media, vows he won’t quit

Rob Ford says there is no reason for him to resign his office as Toronto mayor.

During a brief news conference outside his office this afternoon, he responded to revelations made by Toronto police chief Bill Blair, that a video showing Ford had been recovered, and that video was consistent with media reports earlier this year, about a video supposedly showing Ford smoking crack.
