Ford ‘happy’ new video has emerged

The latest on the situation at Toronto City Hall where once again, for all the wrong reasons, all eyes are on Rob Ford and the City of Toronto. It comes after the embattled Mayor confirmed that he appeared in a video that was posted on the Toronto Star website Thursday afternoon, just days after the Mayor admitted to smoking crack-cocaine. In the video, the 44-year old is heard using words like “kill” and “murder” and he talks about ripping someone’s throat out. We’re going to show you this video in a moment. But before we do, we want to tell you that we have muted the expletives. We also have few details about the context of the video; when it was taken, who was in the room. But we do know the Toronto Star paid $5,000 for the video from “a source who filmed it from someone else’s computer.”
