Floods receding in cottage country

Updated The worst may be over in Bracebridge, but there’s still a lot of water where it shouldn’t be.

The flooding was so bad that seven communities from from Muskoka to Kawartha Lakes declared states of emergency. Lisa Hepfner has more from Bracebridge.
