The Ontario provincial police say high winds and water from Lake Erie has flooded various roadways across Norfolk County. In some cases, the water was high enough to reach the tops of tires.

Entire streets were flooded in residential neighbourhoods, the water inching closer to homes. They are reminding drivers to slow down and pay attention.
