Fishy fatalities in Niagara River

Residents in Niagara are wondering why dozens and dozens of dead fish are showing up in the upper Niagara River.

Environmental officals are trying to figure out what’s killing them. People walking along the river near Miller’s and Chippawa Creeks reported the dead fish.

Often Aylewives will die if there’s a drastic temperature change. But the temperature has been steadily cold for some time now.
