First winter storm hits GTHA

A winter storm, accompanied by about 20 centimetres of snow, is making its way across the GTHA and down to Niagara.

The suddenly severe road conditions proved to be more than a challenge, for scores of drivers.

Scot Urquhart spent the day on the roads and brought us this report.
