Firefighter foils bank robbery

A St Catharines firefighter is being called a hero – but not for his work fighting flames.

Instead Ray Garrigan helped subdue a bank robbery suspect. Lauran Sabourin tells us it was only later that Garrigan found out the suspect has a violent history and had recently served time for killing someone.
