Fire victim identified

Officials have identified the victim of Wednesday’s fatal house fire in Brant County.

Police and firefighters were called to a blaze on Bateman Line Wednesday afternoon.

When firefighters arrived, they found a person inside the house.

The Ontario Fire Marshal was called to the scene and later identified the victim as 77 year old Tony Klym.

Bateman Line was closed between Burtch Road and Sour Springs for the investigation.
