Fiery Niagara crash

A fiery crash in Niagara Falls has sent four people to hospital.

Niagara police say a car lost control on an icy stretch of Schisler Road near Montrose Road around 7:30 Monday night.

The car caught fire after hitting a tree.

An OPP officer who was first to arrive helped pull all four people out of the car.

One of the people was sent to Erie County Medical Centre in Buffalo. The other three were sent to hospitals in Niagara Falls and Welland.
